Dr. Catsby's Cat Bowl is a wide but shallow dish, allowing easy access to cat food without having to pull back whiskers to avoid discomfort. Dr. Catsby's bowl is made with a stainless steel finish, which protects against bacteria, and its modern design fits with any decor.

Bowl holds 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of either food or water.

Care Instructions
Hand wash bowl and mat with warm soap and water. Towel dry.
If you prefer the dishwasher, wash only the bowl on the normal setting. Do not place the rubber mat in the dishwasher.

I was so excited about the possibilities of this bowl, I bought two! My disappointment began when I discovered the rubber bottom is separate. The rubberization became rather useless to me at that point. Nevertheless, I was eager to let "Mr. Sensitive Whiskers" try the bowl. He immediately disbursed the food around the flat dish and onto the floor. Undeterred, I continued using the bowl, only to discover how difficult it is to pick up. I marked the top of the bowl to indicate where the single side opening exists, and where I can more easily grip the bowl. After a week's use, I bagged the bowl for a Goodwill donation, and returned to the usual cat food dish. I used to go to sleep trying to imagine such a bowl. This one is not the answer to my dreams.

I purchased two of these bowls and I am absolutely happy with them. They are going to last forever, they are easy to clean, and the cats really do prefer to use them. The bowls work well for dry and wet foods. Added bonus: Dr. Catsby's Cat Bowl For Whisker Relief is also nicely packaged, with distinctive and memorable packaging, which made receiving the bowls more entertaining.
