A little history on the newest member of the Cat Connection:

Merrick Pet Care is a family-owned business that began in the mid-1980s with one goal in mind: to produce the finest quality pet foods possible. Their location in Hereford, Texas, gives them access to a wide variety of some of the finest agricultural products grown anywhere in the world. At Merrick, they strive to provide good nutrition through natural ingredients, and we do this by not adding any preservatives, additives or artificial colors to our products. All of our Merrick canned cat foods use Human Grade ingredients including fresh vegetables and fruits, providing your kitty with a complete and balanced meal. We offer canned varieties consisting of Beef, Chicken, Duck, Crab, Trout, Turkey and Crawfish.

The holistic can entrées read like a menu at a five star gourmet restaurant and are unique to say the least. If you read the ingredients listed on the Side Panel, you will notice that they did not forget any of the details and that these meals are loaded with nutrition. These details include the apples they use. They use Fuji, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Red varieties to give their meals that special homemade touch, and paired with the entrée that they compliment best. The Five Star Menu

Cowboy Cookout Now kitty can enjoy a saucer of savory beef stew made with delicious fresh vegetables smothered in gravy. With delicious ingredients like savory Beef, Fresh Sweet Potato, Fresh Carrots and Fresh Whole Granny Smith Apples. This dish will make kitty jump up and say Howdy!

Grammys' Pot Pie The scent of tender chunks of Real Chicken smothered in seasoned gravy, Fresh Carrots, Peas and Red Jacket New Potatoes are enough to make any kitty go nuts. The tender chunks of chicken and yummy vegetables are sure to make your cat meet you at the dish each time.

New England Boil We love this one of a kind seafood treat. Nothing beats this pot full of treasures from the sea as it combines the great taste of White Fish, Lobster, Crab, Shrimp and Sardines all mixed together in this special recipe. Also added in is the freshness of Red Jacket New Potatoes, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Snow Peas and Fresh Red Delicious Apples.

Southern Delight The south is famous for heaping portions of food. This delicious dish offers a classic medley of plenty of Chicken, Cat Fish and Craw Fish to boot. They’ve also added fresh Carrots, fresh Zucchini and fresh Granny Smith Apples, which are sure to take your cats dinning experience to the pinnacle of culinary delight.

Surf & Turf Straight from the sea to your dining table arrives Pacific Salmon, New England Lobster and Crab, savory shrimp along with American fed Beef to meet in a whirlpool of delicious delights. This fine entree is prepared with these luxurious premium proteins and is paired appropriately with Yukon Golden Potatoes, Blueberries and Golden Delicious Apples.
