Meet Zoey - An Irresistible Sweetheart Breed: Domestic Short Hair Hi everyone. My name is Zoey and I am a gorgeous tuxedo female searching for my forever family. I was found wandering as a stray in apartment complex with my siblings. We were all in pretty bad shape and one of my siblings did not make it. Our mom was nowhere to be found and we had been taking care of ourselves. We had not even been weaned yet and were starving! We were all so happy when we were taken to Treasured Friends. They provided us with food, water, toys, a litter box and a warm bed. It had been truly great however, I am ready for a home to call my own. I can be very playful, a little shy and very loving. I am not fond of loud noises or fast movements as they tend to make me scared so I will run and hide. I also hate sliding glass doors because of the noise it makes. I do not want to go to a home that may intend to have me declawed. This is a very drastic move when a scratching post will do just fine. I also don't want to be an outdoor cat considering my early life of being on the streets and I don't want to be a coyote's lunch. I like being around other cats but have never met a dog. I would probably get along well with dogs considering I am still at a young age. I am a total sweetie and would love to find the right home. I know I will make a wonderful companion for the right family. If you think I would make a good match with your family or even just you, please come visit me at the Cat Connection and fill out an adoption application. Adopting Agency: Treasured Friends Meet Aidan - A Precious Beauty!
Aidan was previously owned but abandoned in the residential neighborhood of Jay and Anne Horwitz, the owners of Cat Connection. She had been on the streets for awhile and was very thin and wary of human contact. She was first spotted by a busy bird feeder that Anne was refilling in their garden. Aidan always ran away when discovered but never ventured far from their home. Soon after Aidan's discovery, food, water and shelter were provided and she showed up like clock work for feeding time. Nonetheless, she would not let Jay or Anne get too close to her or touch her. This ritual went on for about six months until the night of January 1 st . That was the night when Aidan finally decided she could trust again and wanted some love and attention along with her dinner. Now, she is beyond affectionate, will follow you anywhere and loves a good warm lap. Aidan has been checked out by a vet, tested negative for Leukemia and has received all vaccinations. She was already spayed by her previous owner. If you're interested in being her loving owner for life, please contact the Cat Connection for details on adoption. Serious inquiries only please. Adoption Agency: Kittico Cats Available For Adoption Cat Connection does not take in cats for placement from individuals or private parties. We only work with rescue and adoption agencies.
