About the Winner:
Ethan & Elvie were adopted around a year and a half ago. They are brother and sister and, as you can see, get along very well. They both live happily with their loving mom, Hanna, in California . Here is what Hanna has to say about her beautiful babies

“Ethan and Elvie were in a shelter for a year before I adopted them. From what I heard they always watched out for each other there, and even now they stick together.

They often chase each other around the house in the early hours of the morning. By the time I wake up they are watching birds from the bedroom window. Elvie has the strangest meow when she sees one. It sounds like a machine gun: "ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh."

The best part of my day is when I get home from school and Ethan comes bounding out of the bedroom to the front door to be pet. He lifts up his back as high as he can, sometimes jumping off the floor.

The two of them love their cat nip toys and scratching posts. The other thing they love to do is lead you to the bedroom, jump on the bed, and look at you while flopping over. It's good to know how to scratch two cats at once.

Ethan is "my little man," and Elvie is "my little treasure."”

Here is what Susan has to say about her handsome boy, Wyatt.

"Wyatt was rescued from the Rowlett Animal shelter with his littermates at 8 weeks of age. He has been a treasured member of our fur family ever since. He has 4 cat brothers and sisters who don't like him at all. That's probably because he constantly wants to play and bugs them.  He also has a dog brother who is a month older than him and is his best buddy. His buddy Ringo (who is a Blue Heeler/Aussie rescue also from the shelter) wrestles around all the time and bite each other's faces. He also has 2 dog sisters that like him a lot. His oldest dog sister mothered him when he was a little baby. 

When Wyatt is not playing with Ringo, he likes to eat. He will eat any kind of food imaginable including guacamole.  His personal favorite though is bologna, but he only likes Oscar Meyer. He sits on the chair at the dinner time to wait for his little bite of food. He also has his own little rocking chair in the living room which belongs to HIM.

His favorite toys are sparkle balls. He carries them in his mouth all over the house. He also really likes da Bird. He can fly really high in the air when chasing it.

He doesn't like to snuggle yet as he has way too many things to do.  He does like to be carried around (when he is in the mood)."
