Hi everyone! My name is Avery and I am an incredibly gorgeous girl searching for my forever family. I have very unique coloring which sets me apart from all the rest. I am mostly black in color, but as I walk away from you my whole back end and tail are grey. Everyone I have met here at the Cat Connection has been so great to me and I love to snuggle up to their warm bodies when I am being held. I start purring almost immediately.

I was orphaned and found all alone when I was just a small tyke. I was softly crying until a nice man found me and brought me to Treasured Friends. I am very sweet natured, a little shy at first, but love to be held and loved on. I will not be adopted out to any family that intends on having me declawed. Being declawed would alter my nature and could cause behavioral issues in the future. Right now I am a very good girl and have no problems finding my litterbox or my food and water.

I am a total love bug and would love to find the right home for me. I have not really been around many other cats but I should be fine. I don't mind the store cats here at the Cat Connection one bit. I have never met a dog, but I am sure if we are properly introduced, I should be fine. If you would like some tips or advice on bringing me into your home, the nice staff here at the Cat Connection is always happy to help. I know I will make a wonderful companion for the right family. Cats Available For Adoption
Cat Connection works only with rescue and adoption agencies to help place homeless cats and kittens. We do not sell cats. You can visit our store Monday through Saturday to see available cats for adoption. You must fill out an application and submit it to the appropriate adopting agency for approval. The average fee to adopt a cat is $95.00, which covers any medical expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, etc).

Cat Connection does not take in cats for placement from individuals or private parties. We only work with rescue and adoption agencies. If you have found a cat or need to re-home a cat, please contact an agency listed here.

Cat Connection participates with the wonderful volunteers of Treasured Friends, Animal Rescue Klub (ARK), Texas CARES, KittiCo and Texas Maine Coon Rescue.
