Here is what Amanda has to say about her gorgeous girl, Sasha.

"I love my Sasha! She is the absolute joy in my life. Every day when I come home, she' waiting at the door meowing, and I'm guessing because she hears my keys when I walk up the stairs. She is a very good cat. I got her at the Royal Oak Animal Shelter last February. She was very sick and had about 2 full pages of notes about her sickness and had gone to the vet very many times because she was very skinny. I took her to my vet and she is now at a healthy weight and plays all day. Every time I pick her up she rubs her face against my face and purrs. She likes to stretch out like a boomerang all the time and fan out her paws. She's very vocal and outgoing with other people and loves to run around with my friend's dog.

Sasha loves to play with the ring tops on gallons of milk. If you just hold it in your hand then you have her full attention.  When my boyfriend and I watch TV she likes to sit on the right side of the couch and watch too. She also loves to chase around the red laser pen on the floor for about 20 minutes.  At night she likes to snuggle on your pillow right next to your head and sometimes I don't get the pillow at all!

If were both in the living room she'll hang out with us and if were both on the balcony she'll want to come out with us but if were in separate rooms she sits in the hallway between both of us - so were both in her sight.

She brightens my day-everyday. I don't know what I would do without her.

The funny thing about this picture is that you can kind of see my outline of my lying on the ground to take her picture.....She watched me the entire time and didn't move.....and she was very interested in the camera."

"Tashy and Asia are both 5 years old. Tashy is a male, mix from a local farm in Arizona , because he is from Arizona and there is such a strong Native American influence he was named after Crazy Horse whose real Indian name was Ta Shunka Witko, Tashy for short.

Asia is a female Bengal, bread by a local breeder and her Bengal name means mysterious one . They are best of friends and love to play, snuggle and get in to mischief as often as possible. They have multiple cat trees and baskets to sleep in that they use every day. At 23 lbs Tashy can be found spreading out whenever possible while Asia likes to take naps at set times away from the action.

Tashy and Asia both like to play fetch, they enjoy chasing crunchy, shiny objects but if there isn't one around any piece of paper will do. They also love fake mice that they can bat around on the wood floor. They eat Innova cat food and do get the treat of Tuna from time to time, which is always met with rounds of meows. After playing and a eating meal they often enjoy laying in the Arizona sun to relax. They are indoor cats but do get to take short trips outside in to the fenced in backyard. They have discovered Arizona scorpions and have been known to entertain themselves at the Scorpion's expense."
