The Silly Kitty Hemp Collars are made from natural Hemp fabric which is soft and comfortable, unlike a lot of stiff synthetic cat collars on the market. Also, because the collars are made from Hemp, a naturally grown fibre, they breath and do not trap moisture to create skin irritation. For kitty's safety, they feature a break-away buckle that releases when it becomes snagged. Collars are fully adjustable up to 12" for a perfect fit.
